Description:
The decision to make this recording was on the spur of the moment. It is basically recorded live in a living room called Paradise Mansion. It is a documentation of the influence of our great teacher Rav Shlomo Carlebach with whom we had the esteemed honour to play with and learn from throughout the years. He taught us so much, and helped us so much in our careers. His music is loved throughout the world and has given us a vehicle to be heard. Our original songs on this recording were chosen because of their direct connection to Shlomo. Some were written on his Moshav and all were inspired by his teachings. Also included is a Breslov song dedicated to Noah's father, Benzion Solomon, who has been bringing Rabbi Nachman's music to us and the world. We have also mixed in our blues, country and folk roots so as to make this a complete tribute to all our influences. (Copyright 1999 C Lanzbom)
