Description:
Neshoma Orchestra is proud to present Ophie Nat's debut solo recording. Ophie's musical career was already under way at the tender age of six. As a child prodigy vocalist, he performed with Amudai Shaish, New York School of Jewish Song, and the Miami Boys Choir, perhaps best remembered as the featured soloist in the hit song Mehairah. Ophie then continued his musical education at Yeshiva University’s Belz School of Music, under the tutelage of Cantor Joseph Malovany. In addition to performing at many concerts, Ophie has appeared as a guest vocalist on many recordings including Shloime Dachs, Solid Gold, and as one of the featured vocalists on Neshoma @ Your Simcha. Along with select other Miami Boys Choir alumni, Ophie was invited to perform at the Miami 25th Anniversary concert. This recording features Ophie and Neshoma Orchestra with arrangements by Moshe Laufer and songs composed by Yossi Green, Yaakov Gifter, Moshe Laufer, as well as Ophie himself.
